Job Description

We are looking to add an experienced administrative professional to our seasoned team of sales, technical and administrative resources. Our growth has opened an opportunity for a Customer Support Representative (CSR).

The CSR is focused on providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers in a professional manner.  The CSR supports the Account Executive during the initial sales phase and throughout the project, preparing quotes, assisting with proposals, product registrations and any administrative tasks related to the sales effort.  The CSR serves as a direct point of contact for customers to provide quotes, order status and general customer service.

The CSR is responsible for Project Coordination through gathering all project entry requirements for submission, resolving any entry or procurement obstacles, regular Equipment Status Reporting to identify and address potential risks, managing all returns, initiating Advance Replacement processing and acting as the liaison between corporate personnel and the local project team. 

The CSR must be self-motivated and highly organized, have strong interpersonal skills, an excellent work ethic and the ability to multitask while working as part of a team.

Job Requirements

  • Strong MS Excel and Data Entry experience
  • High School or equivalent education
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales support role
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in project coordination
  • Strong computer skills with the Microsoft Outlook suite of products
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
