Job Description

Whitlock has a great opportunity for an On-Site Event Services Coordinator. The On-Site Event Services Coordinator is identified as an entry level position intended to provide direct end-user support with a focus on reservations and meeting rooms spaces. In addition, the Onsite Event Services Coordinator will possess the experience to resolve scheduling issues and provide best in class customer service to end users, customer and Executive Leadership.

  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required.  College degree and specific industry training is preferable. 
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in reservation systems and or customer service centers
  • Strong computer skills including Apple & PC-based applications such as: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Team player
  • Self-sufficient, self-motivated, organized, reliable and punctual
  • Professional demeanor and good people skills including the ability to interact well with Customers, office personnel, field technicians, engineers, sales, vendors, management, etc.
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to schedule commitments
  • Professional business casual attire
  • Provide own reliable transportation
