Job Description

We are looking to add an experienced Inside Sales Representative to our growing team in the Southeast Region. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career towards an outside sales role. 

The Inside Sales Representative is focused on providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers in a professional manner.  The ISR supports the Account Executive during the initial sales phase and throughout the project, preparing quotes, assisting with proposals, product registrations and any administrative tasks related to the sales effort.  This person serves as a direct point of contact for customers to provide quotes, order status and general customer service. In addition, this person will be working with the Account Executive on prospecting for new business opportunities. That includes cold calling, following up on leads and networking to build relationships with prospective customers. 

The ISR must be self-motivated and highly organized, have strong interpersonal skills, an excellent work ethic and the ability to multitask while working as part of a team.

Job Requirements



Required Skills

  • High School or equivalent education
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales support role
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in project coordination
  • Strong computer skills with the Microsoft Outlook suite of products
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
