Whitlock has an exciting opportunity for a Motion Graphics and Creative Director. This role will interface with internal and external stakeholders to deliver all services offered in the Technology Adoption Services (TAS) portfolio. These services include: On-Demand Training (video tutorials), Premium On-Site Training, Documentation and User Experience (UX) Assessment. Each service is designed to ensure that our customers realize the full potential of their technology investments and maximize ROI. In addition to assisting with management of the TAS team, this role will be required to provide creative direction, quality assurance and project management.

This position requires a unique combination of technical skills, outstanding communication, mixed with an aptitude for motion graphics, media design and video editing. The ideal candidate for this role must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the desired candidate must be able to facilitate presentations, demos, and training's in front of large groups. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, story-boarding and script writing are also prerequisites for this role.

Required Skills
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Arts, Media Design, Motions Graphics, Animation, Education or a related field
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience designing media content
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience with project management
  • Experience in the field of audiovisual, videoconferencing or other technologies (preferred)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing solutions
  • Exceptional computer skills and experience including; Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint, Camtasia, etc.
  • Excellent training and/or presentation skills, including the use of video and remote desktop sharing
