A great opportunity exists for the right candidate to join Whitlock’s growth and expansion as a Regional Director. Whitlock is looking for experienced industry or related industry managerial professionals with the ability to be leaders, are self-sufficient and self-motivated, and capable to coordinate with our Management, Administrative and Engineering Teams to ensure compliance with Whitlock policies, business strategies and templates. Regional Directors are the sales leaders of the territory and verticals. The ability to recruit, mentor and build relationships at the C-level are critical to success. Market analysis, business development, system delivery and budgeting are key tasks assigned to the Regional Director position. The successful candidate will have the 'bottom line' responsibility for the operation. Applicants will need to demonstrate leadership, management, P&L understanding and successful operation of a branch or similar entity.

Job Requirements

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written skills 
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Exchange, Excel, Word, Adobe and Outlook 
  • Experience in the Audiovisual industry or closely related industry is preferred 
  • Understanding of the local market and business climate 
  • Strong sales experience

Required Experience

  • Bachelors Degree 
  • Minimum of 10 years managerial experience
