Job Description

We are looking to add an experienced office administration person to join our team as a Regional and Warehouse Support Coordinator. Responsibilities will include management of the warehouse which includes processing receiving/shipping, checking out equipment and extensive inventory management. This position will interface with the engineering, sales and technical operations staff on project related issues.

This individual must be able to multi-task and the responsibilities will include answering telephones in a pleasant and professional manner, greeting clients, processing mail, providing excellent customer to internal and external customers. To provide excellent service, the candidate must enter, track, and manage new orders, proposal preparation, preparing reports and invoicing. 

This position is an exciting opportunity for a very organized professional with strong computer, customer service and administrative skill sets. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required, along with a strong comfort level with Microsoft Word, Outlook and other general computer programs. The successful candidate will require good math skills, good problem solving skills, understanding of our best practices and procedures and desire to grow professionally. The preferred candidate will need exceptional communication skills, ability to multi-task, and exhibit a good work ethic.

Experience in the audio-visual industry experience is a definite plus.

Required Skills
