Job Description

We are looking for a high performance Sales Support professional to join our talented team of sales, technical and administrative resources. The constant growth in our company has led to a need for a Sales Support Representative.

The Sales Support Representative is focused on providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers in a professional manner.  This person will support the Account Executive during the initial sales phase and throughout the project, preparing quotes, assisting with proposals, product registrations and any other tasks related to the sales effort.  The Sales Support Representative serves as a direct point of contact for customers to provide quotes, order status and general customer service. In addition, the Sales Support Representative needs to have an ability to leverage their relationship with the client to identify additional opportunities within the organization. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, high energy individual who thrives in a team environment.

We need a highly motivated individual that has the drive to grow both personally and professionally. Our vision is for this person to ultimately grow into an Account Management or Account Executive role

Required Skills
  • High School or equivalent education
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales support role
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in project coordination
  • Past experience in a direct inside or outside sales role preferred
  • Solid understanding of a solution based sales model
  • Strong computer skills with the Microsoft Outlook suite of products
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
