Whitlock has a great opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join our growing Managed Services Team. The Technical Services Administrator (TSA) is responsible for providing strong organization, documentation, and administration for the Technical Services group within the Managed Services organization.  This role will work closely with various levels of management to develop useful business administrative, documentation and data practices to provide leaders with the most impactful information to make timely business decisions.  Additionally, the TSA will continuously look for trends and analysis in the business and highlight opportunities to make the business more efficient, profitable and customer-centric.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Translate stakeholder requirements into data and documentation deliverables.
  • Decompose high-level business needs into functional needs by understanding problem and determining data or documentation needs.
  • Conduct data queries and integration of data from multiple systems – e.g. Web site, email database, Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management.
  • Analyze user data needs and determine resolution through automated repeatable process.
  • Offer data analytics and complex activity administration daily.
  • Develop and create requested or necessary documentation.
  • Work with an assigned Managed Services group on data entry and validity.
  • Consolidate and provide timely and accurate reports or documents for the Managed Services leaders.
  • Ensure that Whitlock team member time, materials and expenses are accurately tracked and entered into the appropriate systems and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain regional and national fleet and asset records.
  • Perform analytical and administrative work under minimal supervision.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional IT computer skills and experience including; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint, Internet, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all levels of customers and the ability to gain consensus among teams, with an utmost focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Strong detail orientation, with excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.


Required Experience

  • High school education or equivalent (Some college preferred).
  • Experience directly in the field of audiovisual or closely related technology is preferred.
