Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced warehouse person to join our team as a Warehouse Manager. Job responsibilities include:

  • Efficient planning, organizing, and controlling over-all warehouse operations.
  • Manage and perform all warehouse work related to receipt, shipment, staging and storage of products.
  • Responsible for inventory control and security of the warehouse and stock.
  • Work closely with Customer Service personnel to process product returns in a timely manner.
  • Conduct monthly cycle counts and periodic physical inventory. Provide assistance with inventory reconciliation process.
  • Communicate and work closely with Corporate Operations team on areas of improvement and development of warehouse.

The preferred candidate should be a team player with exceptional communication skills that is able to work independently and handle crisis situations to resolution.  Preferred candidates must have strong planning, organizational, and multi-tasking experience.

Experience in the audio-visual industry is a plus.

Required Skills
  • High School or equivalent education (minimum)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a warehouse environment with hands-on experience in both receiving and shipping.
  • Background in office administration and customer service a plus.
  • Strong computer skills with the Microsoft Outlook suite of products. Experience with Southware a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with UPS, FedEx, and freight companies a plus.
